At Trippy Hippie, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something is wrong, we will do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 2426design@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
your order number
a brief description of the problem
clear photos showing the item and the issue
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Sizing Issues
Please review all size charts carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size if the correct item was sent.
If an item was mislabeled or you received the wrong size from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email 2426design@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. For international returns not caused by damage, defect, or order error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, duties, or shipping-related charges.
