Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated shipping times:

International: 7 to 21 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We currently ship to customers worldwide.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Trippy Hippie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trippy Hippie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at 2426design@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or investigating the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 2426design@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
